Plastic Bottle Manufacturer explain : HDPE (High Density Polyethylene): HDPE is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. The original state of HDPE is a milky white appearance with a certain degree of translucency in a small segment. PE has excellent resistance to most life and industrial chemicals. Certain chemicals can cause chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic, has good water vapor resistance and can be used for packaging. HD PE has good electrical properties, especially high dielectric strength, so it is suitable for wire and cable. The medium and high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures of -40F at room temperature.
